These terms cover the Marketplace Launch Assessment offered on this Website by Merquiler LLC (“Merquiler”).

The Assessment is a one-time fee of $495.
It is a structured assessment of the Operator’s rental marketplace concept. The current scope is:
The Assessment may conclude Proceed, Adapt, or Do Not Proceed. It does not guarantee Marketplace Launch.
If you contract for Marketplace Launch within 30 calendar days of Assessment delivery, the $495 Assessment fee is credited in full toward the Marketplace Launch fee.
That credit is not a cash refund. It is not a credit toward Platform fees. It does not start Marketplace Launch on its own.
The Website may describe Marketplace Launch ($2,500), Merquiler Platform access (starting $199/month, or $1,990/year), and Custom work. Those offerings are not purchased on this Website. This page does not set the contract terms for them.
You pay for the Assessment through Stripe using the payment link provided on the Pricing page.
You enter payment details on Stripe’s page, not on a Merquiler page. Merquiler does not receive or store your card number through this Website.
You may cancel the Assessment for a full refund before Merquiler begins substantive Assessment work. The Refund & Cancellation Policy states that rule.
