This policy describes how information is handled when you use this Website. It is limited to what the Website currently does.

The homepage includes a form for telling Merquiler about a marketplace you want to create. Submitting it starts a conversation. It is not a purchase.
The form asks for:
When you submit it, the Website sends those fields to Formspree (formspree.io), using the form address published on the page, so Merquiler can read the inquiry. The form also includes a hidden field meant to catch automated submissions. Leave that field empty.
You can email hello@merquiler.com. The Investor page also offers investor@merquiler.com for investor materials. Messages you send to those addresses are email to Merquiler.
The Pricing page links to a Stripe Payment Link for the Marketplace Launch Assessment. If you continue, you leave this Website and enter payment details on Stripe’s page at buy.stripe.com. Those details are not entered on a Merquiler page.
Merquiler does not receive or store your card number through this Website. Stripe is the payment processor for that Payment Link.
The homepage and the Investor page save a language preference in your browser’s local storage, under the name merquiler_lang. On the public English pages, the Website sets that value to English. Merquiler does not use that value to measure visits.
The Pricing page and these policy pages do not run that language script.
The Website files do not include an analytics or advertising script. The site’s own scripts do not write a cookie. Merquiler has not set a retention period for form messages, email, or payment records, and this policy does not state one.
Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Your browser requests that file from Google when a page loads.
The homepage and Investor page link to Merquiler’s pages on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. Opening those links takes you to those sites. This policy does not describe what those sites do.
