This policy applies to the Marketplace Launch Assessment offered on this Website. The Assessment fee is $495, paid once.

A Marketplace Launch Assessment may be cancelled for a full refund before Merquiler begins substantive Assessment work. Once substantive Assessment work has begun, the Assessment fee is non-refundable, except where required by law or where Merquiler agrees otherwise.
To request a cancellation before that work begins, email hello@merquiler.com.
If you contract for Marketplace Launch within 30 calendar days of Assessment delivery, the $495 Assessment fee is credited in full toward the Marketplace Launch fee.
That credit is not a cash refund. It is not a credit toward Platform fees. Contracting for Launch is a separate step. The Assessment does not automatically result in Launch.
The Assessment may conclude Proceed, Adapt, or Do Not Proceed. It does not guarantee Marketplace Launch.
Marketplace Launch ($2,500), Platform pricing, annual Platform pricing, and Custom offerings may be shown on the Website. They are not purchased on this Website. This policy does not set refund or cancellation terms for them.
